According to the partnership terms agreed upon, The Valens Company (TSX: VLNS) (OTCQX: VLNCF) will undertake the responsibility of manufacturing and distribution of CBD Oil for Revity CBD, the wellness-focused CBD private label brand of Fire & Flower (TSX: FAF) (OTCQX: FFLWF).

The White Label Partnership between The Valens Company and Fire & Flower has marked a new beginning for both of them. According to the partnership terms agreed by both of them, one of the many operations of Fire & Flower will now be handled by The Valens Company.
Fire & Flower, a cannabis retailer, currently operates 90 corporate retail stores in 6 different locations. These locations are British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Yukon Territory, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
Out of these locations, The Valens Company will distribute Revity CBD Oil for three locations. These three locations are Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
Revity CBD Oil is a brand that falls under the management of Fire & Flower. The White Label Partnership gives The Valens Company the right to distribute that product for the above-mentioned 3 locations. Additionally, it will also deploy its technology to manufacture the products of the said brand.

Valens would put into use its proprietary technology to remove the impurities from Revity CBD Oil. This would enable both the companies to take the distinct cannabinoids to the customers. The focus has also been laid on the consistent use of the product by integrating it with a dispenser.
