Two Leading Brands of Tilray Collaborate for the Launch of New Cocktail SweetWater RIFF, Exclusively in the U.S.

Tilray, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY; TSX: TLRY), a leading cannabis and pharmaceutical company, announced that two of its leading brands, SweetWater Brewing Company and RIFF Cannabis, had collaborated to produce a new vodka cocktail SweetWater RIFF.
It is SweetWater’s first ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail and its launch marks the company’s entry into the spirits category. This new addition to ready-to-drink vodka sodas are of two flavors, namely, SweetWater RIFF Citrus and SweetWater RIFF Strawberry Mule.
Brian Miesieski, SweetWater’s Chief Marketing Officer said that the company’s entry into the spirit category reflected the qualities of SweetWater brand, which was innovative, compelling, and appealing.
The great-tasting ready-to-drink cocktail SweetWater RIFF had benefitted tremendously from RIFF’s expertise in the field. He added that his company was quite excited to offer an addition and an alternative to its existing selection of beers and seltzers. He expressed the belief that consumers would love it.

Tilray’s SVP of Sales & Marketing, Bernie Yeung, underscored the fact that from the very beginning, RIFF Cannabis was built on collaborations and creative product innovation.
He explained how his company too had the same approach and how much thrilled it was to harness the powers of SweetWater and RIFF, two of its leading brands, to launch SweetWater RIFF.
The company was very happy that the very launch of the product was introducing U.S. consumers to RIFF, the company’s cannabis brand that was part of the joint effort to produce SweetWater RIFF. He called the new cocktails a real ‘riff’ on the classics and an ‘elevated spin on consumer expectations’.
SweetWater RIFF drinks are made with vodka and genuine fruit juices, to cater to the needs of those who want compelling and authentic finest quality RTD cocktail.
SweetWater RIFF Citrus is made with orange and lime juices and cut with coriander and sea salt while SweetWater RIFF Strawberry Mule is combined with strawberry and lime juice and a dash of ginger for an added flavour.
In both cases, the flavour combinations are highly innovative and produce a very refreshing and unique taste suitable for any occasion. Both are low-calorie cocktails with only 105 calories each, 1 gram of carbs, 0.5 grams of natural sugar derived from fruit, and no added sugar or any cannabis or THC.
SweetWater RIFF drinks are being made available across the U. S in selected grocery stories and liquor stores, and on-premise bars and restaurants. They are available in 6-pack 12 oz. cans.
