Tinley Beverage Receives Formal Notice from Ontario Cannabis Store to Purchase its Products to be Launched by April
The Tinley Beverage Company Inc. (CSE:TNY; OTC:TNYBF) has announced that the company and its two Canadian licensed co-packers have completed their submissions of the additional technical, marketing and training documentation requested by the Ontario Cannabis Store following the issuing by the OCS on December 16, 2021 of a formal notice to purchase.
The Notice included the Canadian versions of the Company’s Cannabis Cup award-winning Tinley’s ’27 TM Coconut Cask, branded in Canada as Tinleys ’27 TM Smooth Coconut, and its Tinley’s TonicsTM La Paloma ready-to-drink sparkling ‘mocktail’, to be produced in Canada as Tinleys ClassicsTM and Mystic DoveTM.
The purchase orders for the two products, to be included in the Ontario Cannabis Store spring release, are expected to be received in February 2022, contingent upon any request for clarification that may arise from the review by the OCS of the documentation submitted this week.
Spring release products are expected to be shipped to the OCS warehouse in March, and the launch of online purchase on the OCS website is expected in early April. The retail launch in licensed cannabis retail outlets is likely to be on April 12, 2022, or around that time.
Tinley will work with its sales agents to support the brand and work to increase distribution throughout the spring and winter of 2022.

Next 2022 OCS Product Call
Tinley and its co-packers and sales agents are preparing the documents that are to be submitted to the OCS by January 21, 2022, for the balance of Tinley’s Canadian Product line-up. That submission will be the first step in the product call process for the new products’ release in July 2022.
Potential Additional Provincial Listings
Tinley has also confirmed that all necessary presentations and documentation for its seven Canadian SKUs have been submitted to the appropriate cannabis buyers at both the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch and the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.
These submissions are now under consideration by the respective buyers. More discussions about listing some or all of these SKUs in each province are expected to take place in the first quarter of 2022. The company is scheduling plans, in collaboration with its sales agents and co-packers, for getting its products listed in additional provinces.
Ted Zittell, director and member, Office of the CEO, said that he was, like many of the company’s approximately 5,000 thirsty Canadian shareholders, looking forward to buying Tinley’s infused Canadian beverages at one of the many licensed retail outlets close to home.
He added that the company’s Canadian and Long Beach operations teams, together with their co-packers and sales agents, had worked together to bring Tinley’s brand into the structured buying cycle of the provincial boards, and that they were all hopeful and excited that Canadians would find Tinley’s products online at the OCS and on-shelf in retail outlets the coming spring, as expanded distribution into additional provinces was being planned.
