Indiva Limited Looks to Bring Cannabis-Infused Edibles to Canada Thanks to Licensing and Manufacturing Agreement with Grön
Indiva Limited (TSXV: NDVA) (OTCQX: NDVAF), the leading Canadian producer of cannabis edibles, announced that it had entered into a Licensing and Manufacturing Agreement with Oregon-based Grön, to bring Grön’s innovative cannabis-infused edibles to Canada.
Since Indiva has already been successful in producing and distributing its chocolates and gummies in Canada, the launch of Grön products would further increase the company’s edible portfolio in the country.
The initial term of the agreement is only for five years, but it will automatically renew for three additional five-year terms.
