Green Hygienics Holdings Secures North Carolina Hemp Processing License
Green Hygienics Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: GRYN) (“GRYN” or the “Company”), an innovative, full-scope, science-driven premium cannabis cultivation and branding enterprise, has announced that the organization has secured licenses to process hemp cannabis sativa in the state of North Carolina.

The recent licenses were granted to the company’s newly formed subsidiary, Coastal Labs North Carolina LLC, by the North Carolina Industrial Hemp Commission. The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Food and Drug Division) provides guidance, oversight and regulation regarding the manufacture and sale of products that contain CBD derived from Hemp.
Green Hygenics second subsidiary in the state is Green Hygienics North Carolina LLC, which aims to be a cultivation partner this year with the intention of meeting the earnings qualification to be licensed on its own for next year’s cultivation.
North Carolina is known to grow about half of all the tobacco in the United States and Agriculture is North Carolina’s largest industry. Green Hygenics is aiming to be part of the initiative that creates more jobs and economic activity within the sector through its hemp cultivation and processing operations.
